We are Juan and Jasmine, the founders of Keys 2 Vault Properties. Former colleagues in law enforcement turned passionate travelers and hospitality professionals, we built our short term rental business on a shared commitment to service, integrity, and creating exceptional guest experiences​

Our Journey

We launched our first vacation rental in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2023. Since then, we've expanded our short term rental co-hosting services to help homeowners and guests across Alabama and California.
